St. Stephen’S Catholic Church

Add to plan Remove from plan

(1903)
An example of Victorian Gothic style, this red brick church was built in 1903. Douglas Chandor, famous English portraitist, assisted in 1951 with the redecoration of the interior of the building. A unique brick and wood bell tower, a decorative stone frieze, and an array of stained glass windows are of special exterior interest.
